My name is Jamirah N and I am a female home carer with a passion for helping others. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals with a wide range of care needs. I am experienced in providing care for individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment, those who are bedbound, and individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and osteoporosis.
Though I may not be able to drive or have a car, I make up for it in my dedication and skills. I am highly skilled in various aspects of personal care, including bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and companionship. I believe that providing compassionate care is vital in helping individuals maintain their independence and sense of dignity.
When I am not providing care, I enjoy pursuing various hobbies such as walking, cooking & baking, decorating, socialising, and engaging in sports. I believe that maintaining an active and fulfilling personal life is essential in order to provide the best care possible.
In terms of pet preferences, I am comfortable caring for cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds. I believe that pets can bring great comfort and companionship to individuals who may be feeling lonely or isolated.
As a home carer, my caring, friendly, and helpful nature reflects my motivation for this profession - to assist individuals in leading independent lives while providing the support they need.
